This programme is fully committed to exploring the art of drawing. We work with a variety of drawing media and drawing techniques, select appropriate objects, plan and arrange a composition considering placement and scale and the effects of different media. We use tone and line to enhance the developed work creating areas of shade and architectural space. A kit of common New Zealand holiday memorabilia form the basis of our complex, mixed media study and the result is reminiscent of a by-gone era.
