Welcome to our Term 4, 2010 Exhibition. There are some amazing pieces of work on exhibit especially when you see the age of the children doing the work.
As a viewer, you can vote for your favourite piece of artwork by simply clicking on the vote button underneath it. Every class will have a prize winner and your vote, 'the peoples vote' will determine this winner.
Each term and from each class, tutors nominate a piece of work that best represents the learnings of the programme being taught. From these nominations we select and award a Fine Young Artists Scholarship - last term this prize was won by Roseanne Fan from Remuera Primary School. As the recipient of the Scholarship she attended this term free of charge, she won an art pack for herself and also $200 worth of art supplies for her school, courtesy of National Art Supplies - huge thanks has to go to Ross, Bridget and the team at NAS.
This is sadly the last exhibition for one of our tutors, Anne-Sophie Adelys who has been teaching our Taupaki and Meadowbank classes for the last 4 years. I would like to pass my thanks to Anne-Sophie for the incredible job that she has done teaching the children from these classes. As you parents will know, Anne-Sophie is very special and we will miss her alot.
Happy viewing, merry Christmas and safe travelling for those families going away!
